Phil Osborn founded Osborn Associates in 1994 with a clear vision: to build an engineering consultancy that combines deep technical expertise with a genuinely collaborative approach to project delivery.
Over three decades later, that founding principle remains at the core of everything we do. What began as a specialist fire engineering practice has grown into a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering MEP engineering, fire protection, project management, sustainability and building validation services across some of the most technically demanding projects in the UK and internationally.
Phil continues to lead the business as Managing Director, encouraging a culture of development and promoting the growth of younger talent as it enters the industry.
